York University: Lassonde School of engineering (Undergraduate)

I am currently an undergraduate student at Lassonde School of Engineering pursuing a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, with an estimated graduation date of June 2025. Throughout my time at York, I have participated in extracurricular activities and clubs such as the York Engineering Competition (YEC) in 2017 and 2019, NSBE Hacks in 2023, York University's Robotics Society's Rover team (YURS), and most recently the "BEST Bridge to Startup" program in 2023 where I received the BEST student award for my work at the startup HandiFuel.

I graduated with honours from SMT in Spring of 2017. While learning the fundamentals of further education I also participated in clubs, such as the school's Chaplaincy group, band, and Dungeons and Dragons club. I was also involved in our schools National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Robotics club where our team placed top 10 at the 40th annual NSBE Convention in Nashville, Tennessee in 2014. I contributed to the schools Regional Arts Program (RAP) where I painted some of the murals that can be found around the school. My academic achievements are listed below.
